The Best Adult Colouring Books of 2015

"Adult Colouring Books" sounds a little triple-X. But there is an Outlander colouring book on this list, so... that's probably appropriate.

Here are the best colouring books for adults, both with and without nakedness.

The Best Adult Colouring Books of 2015

1) Lost Ocean: An Inky Adventure & Coloring Book

I own three of Johanna Basford's colouring books, and they are by far my favourites. The paper is nice and soft, and the drawings are awesome. I like pictures with lots of detail that I need REALLY SHARP pencil crayons for, and these are perfect.

2) The Official Outlander Coloring Book

3) Sweary Colouring Book

This fucking brilliant book was designed by Sarah Bigwood of the UK. This means you get to colour some cool British swears in addition to your usual run-of-the-mill North American curses. Pages include: fuck, piss off, cock womble (?) and more. I feel like Sarah has a lot to teach me. You can preorder the book here, or get a digital copy here.

4) Harry Potter: The Official Colouring Book #1

There are no more Harry Potter books or movies coming. If you can't make it to London for the play, maybe this colouring book can help fill the hole in your heart.

5) Creative Haven Nature Mandalas Colouring Book

The quality of this book is slightly lower than the others on this list. The binding is stapled rather than glued, the cover is high gloss rather than smooooooooth matte. However, it's still totally worth owning. I like it for REALLY mindless colouring. I only need to choose colours once, and then I use them over and over on every side of the mandala!

What's your favourite adult colouring book? And do you prefer them with or without naked men?

  1. I just got the Locke & Key coloring book. I haven't colored in it yet, but it looks awesome.
